Becoming a Patient 

We welcome referrals for consultation from your physician, or you can call us directly to schedule an appointment. At the initial consultation we will conduct a comprehensive interview to learn about you, your lifestyle and your goals. Our physicians and nurse practitioner will work with you to recommend an integrative treatment plan aimed at achieving your optimal health.

We work closely with you and your physicians to develop a coordinated, multidisciplinary treatment plan--this plan can include any number and combination of treatments and programs, depending upon your personal goals and medical history.

Our program is entirely covered by most major medical insurance plans. We will bill your insurance carrier directly for our services and will coordinate coverage details, as necessary.
